The Taylor Made Review
2009 Mazda RX 8-R3 = Sport & Style
By: Adrian Taylor
Style + Class + Sassy. Add them together and it's the grand total sum of the all-new 2009 MAZDA RX-8 R3. This little gem was designed to satisfy the ultimate sports car enthusiast by building upon the styling, performance and handling that the RX-8 is known for. The aggressively styled cockpit features aluminum foot pedals and foot rest, as well as leather-wrapped steering wheel, parking brake and shift knob with aluminum accent. The interior continues to strut its stuff with 300-watt, 9-speaker Bose audio system with Centerpoint Surround Sound and AudioPilot provides surround sound from the in-dash, 6-disc CD/MP3 changer or auxiliary audio input jack for mobile media devices such as in IPod. The Recaro Designed front sport seats were done exclusively for the R3.
There's a high-performance feel to the interior while providing better lateral support for shoulder, torso and hips. And the creme-de-le-creme of it all is the available Bluetooth hands-free phone system that allows the driver to take calls without taking your hands off the wheel nor missing a beat of the high-performance driving experience. The R3 is available with the Mazda Keyless Entry and Start System, allowing the driver to keylessly lock or unlock both doors, start the engine or remotely operate the power windows. Acceleration could be better and so could the fuel economy. The Exclusive Brilliant Black Clearcoat and Aurora Blue Mica exterior set the R3 even further apart. Happy driving! Style. Class & Sassy, all add up to the total sum of the all-new 2009 Mazda RX-8 R3. This little gem was designed to satisfy the ultimate sports car enthusiast by building upon the styling, performance and handling, the basic three pillars that this line of Mazda's always been known for.
