Black Eyed Peas Serves it Up Hot in Nashville!

The Black Eyed Peas delivered a spectacular performance on Friday night at the Sommet Center. The high-tech, futuristic digital experience featured the ‘fabulous foursome’ in a show filled with high energy, complete with a metallic stage and equally metallic costumes to match, along with dancers wardrobed in robotic-style outfits. Black Eyed Peas members, Will.i.am, Fergie, Taboo and Apl.de.ap, showcased their talents individually through solo performances. Fabulous Fergie really let her hair down on "Glamorous"; Taboo rode a motorcycle through the air above the crowd (reminiscent of Pink’s aerial performance during the Grammy Awards) and Api-de-ap paid tribute tohis Filipino heritage; while front man Will-i-am turned the Sommet Center into a bonafide dance club with his elevated DJ booth and incredible spinning techniques. Everyone was on their feet having a great time but the volume knob was totally broken off with their internationally successful finale hit number “I Gotta Feeling” closed the show out. It was a fabulous concert that had everyone in the crowd thinking, “Hmm, I gotta feeling....that tonight's gonna be a good night!"
Meanwhile, the good time continued…Bacardi sponsored an even more fab private VIP after party at the Hard Rock Café. The upper level of the recently renovated venue, showcased the party that was filled with many of Music City’s “beautiful people,” who were ready to carry the festivities on to the next level—which they did. Taboo later joined the party and was quickly flanked by fans who eagerly took photos, via cell phones, along with getting autographs. And of course the dance floor was THE place to be, as party patrons bumped to the beats of the host band’s music. And a good time was had by all---part 2!
